Let Your Life Speak

Papers again!

But it is very enjoyable. The paper was in part a response to Parker J. Palmer's Let Your Life Speak; a much better read than the Walsh and Middleton I had to read last time, although I think some of Palmer's conclusions are really messed up. His observations were refreshing, and I felt at peace after finishing this short little book.

Last night, had a few friends and current students over to eat and sing and ended up talking with Evan and Tim until gym-opening time this morning. There are things I forget about God and the way he deals with us between the times when being up late brings us to honesty about the muddle of our selves. This was a good past twenty-four hours. It finally rained this morning - big fat raindrops after a fast-blowing fog - and that was good, too. I don't think there's enough time to learn all I want to.

That photo "Air: help yourself" is great... its re-assuring that air is still free. - Jolly
